What does the '5 star' Good Salon Guide rating for Kamigata mean?

Every Good Salon Guide salon is assessed busing criteria which have been developed by the Good Salon Guide since 1991 following ongoing consultation with the general public and hairdressing industry. 

A '5 star' salon is defined by the Good Salon Guide as a "top of the range salon with highly qualified staff and a personalised service".    

Each of the four possible awards - Registered (R), 3, 4 or 5 Star - is based on training and qualifications so that when you visit a Good Salon Guide salon you can be assured that the stylists are qualified and/or suitably experienced, giving you confidence in the service they are performing.

Assessments for Good Salon Guide ratings are carried out by a team of experienced, independent professionals, however mystery clients can visit any salon unannounced to sample the service at any time to review the award.
