Customer Coordindator (Salary according to experience plus commission)

 Our reception area requires customer service orientated people, who work well under pressure and have an interest in hair and beauty. You will excel in meeting and greeting clients both in person and on the telephone. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and it is essential to portray a professional, client friendly image. Your duties will include making appointments with our diary software, maintaining and updating our client database and providing information to clients about our enivornmentally friendly Aveda retail products.

You will need to be able to use Microsoft Office products, (Outlook and Word) and generally be PC literate. It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of Aveda products but training will be provided if required.
